Reservation Information:

3 day minimum stay

Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit by way of a personal, business or bank check or counter-signed travelers checks. PayPal is accepted if guest pays fees.

$275.00 deposit (includes cleaning fee)


Reservations are not confirmed until deposit is received. A confirmation email will be emailed upon receipt. 


Credit cards are not accepted.  Balance of payment to be paid on arrival either in cash, check or traveler's checks


Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations 30 days or more prior to reservations will receive a full refund of deposit monies. If reserved days/number of people is reduced or if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to reservation, the deposit will be refunded if we are able to rebook the days.


*Please note that the unit is for the use of the registered guest (s) only. No visitors or gatherings of any kind are allowed. Only the car or cars belonging to the registered guest (s) are allowed to park on or in front of the property. There are no exceptions to this house rule.

*No open fires or BBQs allowed on the property.

*This is a NO SMOKING property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property or in the street in front of the house.
